It wouldn't be fair to talk about Nars Dual-Intensity Eyeshadow without giving some love to Nars #49 Wet/Dry Eyeshadow Brush because honestly, I think this brush deserve a post on it's own =) Being my first ever Nars Cosmetics brush (and hopefully wouldn't be the last, lol) I must said that I'm not really sure what to expect in the beginning...
The length of the brush for example, really worried me since I normally use shorter brushes because poor sight girls like me desperately need to be as close to the mirror as possible to apply cosmetics so when I laid my eyes on the brush, my heart sank, I had a feeling that we'll never get along T_T
But that was before I see how easily it picks up the colors from my Nars Dual-Intensity Eyeshadow, I'm practically swoon over how smoothly and effortlessly the shades stands out from using this brush. I'm sure I'm not the only one who cringe whenever the wrong kind of brush didn't do the justice to the eyeshadow so I'm quite happy to see this brush is nothing like that @_@
What makes the brush even cooler is the subtle Nars engraving at the end of the brush handle and the signature red bottom just like the Louboutin shoes which added not only luxurious feel to it but chic and class as well. MY VERDICT: I've yet try using this brush with other eyeshadows but I love that it works very well with Nars Dual-Intensity Eyeshadow that I have so if you own any of the shades from the collection, you might want to invest in this brush!!! It's however not travel friendly enough for me due to it's length but I'm willing to overlook that for the versatility of this brush which can be used in numerous way either slant or flat, dry or wet. I also love the fact that it's not as stiff as other synthetic brushes and you can blend the shades smoothly and easily with it ^_^
