I've been developing a rather strong obsession with printed scarves lately all thanks to the rise of my plain dress collection that I kind of inherit from my sisters, hehe =P The truth nothing but the truth fact is, I'm still far far away from my pre-pregnancy weight that I'm feeling almost depressed whenever I looked at my wardrobe T_T So my lovely sisters lend me some of their outfits to cheer me up and of course I have to get matching printed scarf to go with it, right? I came across our local actress Nora Danish hijab label, OwlbyND recently and I think I'm hooked for life!!! She really know what she's doing because all of them looks so stunning ^_^
I'm having a very hard time to figure out which one I should get but the geometrical pattern in her Love Me Not line definitely win me over~ Instead of one, I get 2 in blue and pink to wear during my short getaway to Bukit Tinggi last weekend and yes, the vibrant prints really stands out even when I dress down in my plain navy dress from Imaan Boutique!!! The texture on the other hand feels a lot like matte satin in my opinion which made it drapes beautifully and looks luxurious as well. It's not as slippery as the usual satin material so it's pretty easy to shape and style according to your personal preference @_@

You have no idea how much love I have for this printed scarf. I keep on wearing it over and over again and it's so versatile I can even rock it with my casual denim for my lazy day out. For someone who have a child who enjoy pulling every single things on his mommy, it's pretty easy to manage provided I secured my hijab with enough pins. As long as you wear a cotton inner inside I don't think you'll have any problems maintaining the style through out the day. The geometrical look is so edgy and modern that I don't think you can go wrong with it. I just regret that I didn't get more in different shades as well because the other three looks lovely too =_=
For the next day I decided to get a little bit girly by mixing the OwlbyND - Love Me Not scarf in pink geometrical prints with my black and pink floral skirt. To avoid the whole look from looking too messy, I pick a plain black top to tone it down. Since both prints colours looks very close to one another, I think I nailed my first mixed prints try quite well, right? =) Just like the blue scarf, it's from the same material and shape and drape nicely without much effort... Ironing it is easy breezy too and takes me like 5 minutes tops to get it done, so much faster than my regular daily scarves routine.
Did I mention that OwlbyND - Love Me Not printed scarf comes in a cute little box? It makes such a n adorable gift for your friends, family or even yourself!!! I'm sure any ladies would love to add this scarf into their existing collection. Not only it compliments your plain and dull outfits, it creates a good kind of attention too and looks brilliant in photos. Another thing that I love about this scarf is the zigzag trimming at every edge and obviously the Nora Danish exclusive autograph which you can find in every design. What a lovely touch, right?

All in all I believe the price really justify the quality, you'll get a fashion piece that not only timeless but easily match as well. It's wide enough to cover your chest and this rectangle scarf can be style in so many ways. The fabric is just perfect for specky girls like me who hate looking like I have antler when I'm wearing scarf, lol I hope they will release more printed hijab soon because 2 is clearly not enough for me =) For more information about OwlbyND, do visit their online sites below & until then, keep on loving yourself lovelies, adieu~
