Cheap tricks...

my July's makeup spree ^_~

It's definitely a sin to me not shop and stocking up when it's sales, don't you girls feel the same way too??? hehehe =P I'm curious actually with Stage, a cosmetic line that I never attempt to try before... Anyway, after reading Harim's blogging about their crazy sales here, I persuaded my sis to tag along with me and get something for her early birthday present and for myself too, of course =) Thank you so much dear for the info, wink2

We only want to buy eyeliners and lipsticks at first, but after that we get sucked in by the very charming SA, Chloe and bought a lot more than we planning too... It's quite cheap than the normal price and I obviously can't say no... They also giving out free membership for more than RM200 purchase... You'll get free makeover + points (which can later used to buy their makeup) + workshop + sales invitation and so much more...

We bought eyeliner, lipstick, lipgloss, primer, foundation, compact powder, brush cleanser, and concealers... It's really2 worth it, even drugstore brand can't get this cheap!!! We were very2 pleased with our haul and smile all the way home, heehee x) Due to sooo many sales that happen at the same time, I decided to get my hands on more inexpensive makeup this time around and Loreal's new quad collection really looks like a good deal to me =) There are 4 palettes to choose from and I instantly fall for the Pink Mania and Aquadisiac...

Despite the cheap price, the quality of the colors wasn't compromise and I can even said better than some high end brands!!! With the current discount at Guardian, you can bought 4 palettes at the same price of one Bobbi Brown palette, impressing isn't it??? Go try and swatch the colors to decide for yourselves and don't simply take my words on it, you'll love it, n_n

Last but not least is Baviphat Apple Jelly Lip Scrub which I discovered after reading Fatin's post here... Thanks to her, I now find something that's working and cheaper than Bodyshop's Lip Scuff or Benefit's Dr Feelgood Lipscription... I love it very2 much and wishing they come up with a lot more flavor... I highly recommended this one to all of you who seek for lip treatment for your dry and chapped lips, I believe your man will definitely notice the differences, wink2

Lash out...

I never dream of using fake lashes before cause I always opted for more natural look... Besides, I think the over the top lashes are better saved for once in a lifetime event such as your own wedding or maybe special occasion...

Well, not anymore!!! After I heard about Shu Uemura crazy bargain in Loreal's warehouse sales, I just can't help myself to finally own the Shu Uemura's fake lashes... Thanks to Miu2, I managed to get my hands on couple of them at a very reasonable price @_@ I wish I'm daring enough to get more exaggerate pieces, perhaps after I'm invited to Academy Award's, hahha =D (keep on dreaming, Ayna =P)

The color purple...

After successfully persuading my mum to choose purple as our family baju raya theme's color this year, I've been searching high and low for the perfect shoes to match with my baju raya... Guess what, I found it at Parkson, KLCC last week, and it's 70% discount too (match my budget and my specs perfectly~ =P) Thank god, I got the last pair of my size!!! Now, I can smile in my sleep, heehee n_n

Waiting for tonight...

This was probably the craziest thing I ever done this year and to make it worst suddenly I was swamped with exam, assignment and so much drama, huh~ But nothing can distract me from the long awaited Estee Lauder Sales, hehhhe =P

My night started with the Laura Mercier (I felt French everytime I pronounce the name, hahha =D) private makeup lesson at Pavillion with Hanna... (thanks gurl for the voucher n_n) I loooove the products so much especially their flawless makeup range...^_^ The SA also very2 helpful and teach us quite a number of makeup trick and tips, me likey!!! Their concept are pretty much like Bobbi Brown where they emphasize on more natural look which suit me very2 well... I must said, I'm started to fall for Laura Mercier now, =P

After the lesson, me and Hanna heading to the nearest 24hours McD to killing time before we move to our last destination... We spend hours eating, reading magz, gossiping, trading beauty tips and do our shopping list, hehhehe =P (I actually bring my pillow, drinking water, UNO game, mp3 and books but didn't have the oppurtunity to use any of them, hahhah =D) At 3 am, we started getting paranoid and slowly making our way to the Renaissance Hotel...

Thank god, we are among the early birds arrived and not long after that Vonvon (shopaholic mama ^_^) Miu2 (warehouse sales queen, heehe =P) and I also got to meet new friends like Cai (she's more dramatic than my mum, hahaha =D) Jess (very funny la this girl =P) Jennifer @ Tutu (sorry girl, I confused u with Jess coz u both look alike, hehee =P) and Aesha (she said I look younger than my age, perasan jap, huhu =D) joining our shopaholic team (we coming up with several strategies on how to attack the sales, hehhe @_@) and the time flies quickly with more and more people swarming the Grand Ballroom entrance...

I actually plan to buy only DKNY Bedelicious EDP & body lotion, Bobbi Brown @ MAC eye primer but going crazy after seen lots of great bargain, huhu~ Too bad I bring limited cash only so I have to be contend with my little purchase, sob2 T-T Anyway, I'm quite happy with my haul, I bought lots of Bobbi Brown (Eye Shadow + Blusher + Lippies), get limited edition DKNY Bedelicious EDP & MAC eye base + pencil and gel eyeliner which I swap with Hanna & Lynn (another new friend I met ^_^) My only regret??? I didn't bought any body lotion that I can keep as gifts for my family and friends... T-T

After all the excitement and adrenaline rush, me and the girls go lepaking at KLCC and spend hours admiring each other stuff, gossiping and having our brunch... I couldn't stop laughing with the girls drama and craziness, LOL =P Around 11 a.m, I bought doughnuts for my sisters and making my way back home... I still cant't believe how I'm able to function without any sleep, huhu~ Will I do it again??? Are you kidding me??? Of course I will, hehe @_@

Makes me happy...

Between my not so busy job, my part time study, and my non-existence social life (hehhe =P), I managed to squeeze a little time for the Metrojaya Sales, ^_^ I'm not really a big fan of perfumes since I'm quite sensitive to strong scent... But because they have Stila on sales as well, I decide to give it a shot, hehhe ^_^ The crowd was crazy and everyone was like buying at the night market... I by-pass the perfume section and go straight to Stila first... very2 cheap, but the colors are quite limited... So, I bought 4 pan eye shadows and 1 lipstick only...

I met other bloggers over there too like the very2 adorable Miu & Tubbies, all of us kind of gossiping and shopping at the same time, hahaha =D Since I'm not gaji yet, I'm restricting my purchase to RM200 only for the sales... I grab a few Marc Jacobs shower gel (super duper cheap, hehhhe), Lovely by Sarah Jessica Parker EDP 50ml (this one is cheap also!!!) and last but not least, JLO body lotion (thanx so much Tubbies, hehhe =D) Love you guys!!! ^_^

After that, I hang out with the girls for a while and having our lunch before all of us go separate ways... I went to Kinokuniya, and get myself few books there too, hehhhe =P And they have 20% discounts some more, I'm sooo damn lucky today, hehhhe ^_^ For less than RM300, I get my fav makeup, my fav fragrance and my fav books... (normal price for all of the items is RM600++) I'm beyond happy, I'm estatic, hehhhe =D Suki Desu!!!!
